How to do Adventurous Things!
Welcome to the How To page! Ordinary Adventures is all about loving your place and loving the places and having the most local experience possible as a visitor. In order to do that, we all have to learn new skills!
At Ordinary Adventures no trip or journey is too small, no skill to basic to start learning now. This is a place where it’s ok not to know what you’re doing and I’m here to help you! I have nine years of experience as a guide where helping visitors try new things was a big part of my job. I’m also an educator (school counselor!) by training and have also been a non profit manager so teaching people new skills is WHAT I LOVE. Along with sharing Washington, Alaska and Western Canada of course!
What you learn here will help you explore these amazing places so it’s time to get started with a a few of my most popular “How to” posts!
